What to expect
We aim to reply to most messages within 2–3 business days. We're a lean operation, so occasionally it takes a little longer during busy tax periods (around the quarterly deadlines and the spring filing season) — but every genuine message gets a human response. Please don't send the same message multiple times; it won't speed things up, and we'll get to it.

It's all one inbox, but a clear subject line helps us route your message quickly:
- Corrections & accuracy — spotted a wrong number or an out-of-date figure? Please tell us. Note the page and what looks off, and our editorial team (and, where relevant, our CPA reviewer) will check it. We take corrections seriously; see our editorial policy.
- General questions — about how a calculator works or what a guide means. We can point you to the right resource, though we can't give personalized tax advice (see below).
- Editorial & partnerships — press, expert-review inquiries from credentialed CPAs and EAs, or partnership proposals. Put "Editorial" or "Partnership" in the subject line.
